Dr. Nose Fixer to the Blog, STAT!
February 4th, 2010
If you are reading this after 8:30 a.m. PST, I am either being prepped for surgery, in surgery or in recovery. In any case, I'm done. WWWOOOOOOOOOOTTTT! No more Prednisone, no more stuffy nose, no more plugged up ears. At least that's what I'm hoping happens over the next few weeks.
After reading through my post op instructions and choosing to block out all the gross stuff, this is what I'm choosing to focus on. It's number 11 on the list
Rest for five days. Take it easy and pamper yourself!
Holy crap! Doctor's orders to do nothing? Five days of enforced relaxation? I think I might be able to handle it! I might finish a few more books, knit some…stuff, watch a whole lot of TV and perhaps have an Underworld trilogy marathon. God I love those awful movies. Oh yeah, on Sunday afternoon, there's a little football game I may tune in to. I'm a little excited!
I'll be back on Friday with an update. Maybe I'll remember some of my anesthesia dreams. Those are always entertaining. Wish me luck peeps, I'm going in!

Best Wishes for today! I will be thinking of you all day! ILYTTSABA!

Stopping by from SITS – I said a prayer for your surgery…even though I'm a Colts fan!
Hope everything goes well.
